DEPOSITS

  • 1-Overnight stay - Full deposit taken at time of booking including Room + Taxes 
  • 2 or more Overnight stays - 50% deposit taken at time of booking including Room + Taxes 
  • Event or Event + Overnight Stay - 50% non-refundable deposit taken at time of booking 

CANCELLATIONS

Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. We take great care in preparing for your arrival. We sincerely appreciate each reservation we receive! It means we've committed to have your room ready and available upon your arrival.
While we understand that life isn't always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. At that time, your deposit will be refunded, less a $20 cancellation fee.
Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date will result in the loss of your deposit.
Reservations for three or more overnight stays, and Event or Event + overnight stay, bookings have a 30-day cancellation policy, and a 50% non-refundable deposit taken at the time you make your reservation.


ARRIVAL & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in - We look forward to greeting you between 4 and 6PM on the day of your arrival.

Check-out - 11AM on the date of departure
If you are unable to arrive during our standard check-in time, please be sure to contact us ahead of time so that we can make other arrangements. we will do our best to accommodate early check-in / late departures; however we may not always be able to do so.

SMOKING

Sub-District NO6 Schoolhouse smoke-free. Guests may use the private parking lot as the designated smoking area. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed should a guest choose to smoke indoors.
